The submission period for the special issue of the journal “Vestnik Moskovskogo Universiteta. Series Physics” based on the materials of the reports at the DLCP2026 conference has ended.

If you submitted a paper but did not see your name in the list in the “Proceeding State” section of the conference website by August 13, or if you have found an error, please report it by email (dlcp@theory.sinp.msu.ru).

All updates on the progress of the special issue preparation will be published on the conference website (https://dlcp.sinp.msu.ru). For any questions, you can also contact the conference program committee via email (dlcp@theory.sinp.msu.ru).

By popular demand, the deadline for the submission of articles to the special issue of the “Bulletin of Moscow University. The Physics series” has been extended until August 7.

After blind peer review, all accepted papers will be published in the special issue of the journal Moscow University Physics Bulletin. Physics series in 2026 in both electronic and paper form. The journal is published in English by Springer and indexed in the databases WoS and Scopus and is included in the Russian index RCSI too.

We invite three types of submissions (approximately):

• INVITED PAPERS are of a review nature, which may contain significant original results (until 30 pages).
• REGULAR PAPERS describe research not published or submitted elsewhere (12-15 pages).
• SHORT PAPERS may be position papers, descriptions of research prospects, challenges, projects, ongoing works, or applications (5-9 pages).

The full scope of the article is indicated, including title, references and all appendices.

If you decide to refuse publication or have other questions about the proceedings, please inform us by e-mail dlcp@sinp.msu.ru.

The language of publications is English
All articles must additionally contain title page with abstract in Russian in PDF format.

Article format
All articles must be prepared in LaTeX format only (see Instructions for preparing an article below for details).

Important. The title of the article should be the same as in the conference program. The first author is the speaker.

Prepared articles should be sent to the program committee by e-mail: dlcp@sinp.msu.ru. By submitting an article, you agree to the rules of Moscow University Physics Bulletin. In particular, you must sign the COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT, which must be included in the package of submitted documents.

Attention! Articles in the proceedings are accepted only in LaTeX format.

Strictly follow the rules set out in this section and the template edition.

Instructions for preparing an article in the Bulletin of Moscow University.

1. Register on the platform https://www.overleaf.com
2. Open the template link https://www.overleaf.com/read/vcjqvvpsxrkk#777382.
   This template will be open for read only.
3. To edit, make a copy of the template, rename the resulting project as ”<section number>_<report number>-<Last name of the First author>“.
   The new project can now be edited.
4. Do not change the template. Do not enter your own commands to override existing Latex commands.
5. On the first page, the words “CONFERENCE SECTION” should be replaced with the name of the corresponding section without a number.
6. You can copy the link to the project with your article from the drop-down window of the Share section (menu in the upper left corner).
7. Send the materials as a ZIP archive with the name <section number>_<report number>-<Family name of the first author>.zip” ** with all the necessary article files (tex, pdf, image files).**

The requirements are exactly the same as above. You can download the template and prepare the article directly on your computer.

Attention! Do not use BibTeX. All literature should be in the text of the article.

It is recommended to additionally install the following LaTex packages (Ubuntu):

• texlive-science
• texlive-publishers
• texlive-lang-cyrillic

Attention! Only English letters in file name, please.

Archive name: <section number>_<report namber>-<family name of the first author>.zip.

In the root folder inside the archive with the name <report number>-<family name of the first author>:

• The article in PDF format (<First_author_surname>.pdf)
• A signed scan of the COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT (<First_author_surname>-AGREEMENT.pdf)
• An abstract in Russian (<First_author_surname>-ru.pdf“)

In the “tex” folder of the archive:

• An article in LaTex format in English (<First_author_surname>.tex)
• Additional style files (*.sty)
• Other files required to compile the article, except for the figures.
• The figures should be placed in the “figs” folder inside the “tex” folder.
  • The figures should be in SVG, PNG, or JPG format.
  • The image resolution should be at least 150 dpi and no more than 300 dpi, and the size should not exceed 2000*2000.
  • Whenever possible, avoid using images in PDF or PS format.

The contents of the archive should allow you to compile the article in LaTeX and create a PDF file of the article identical to the one attached in the archive.

It is recommended that the size of the zip archive should not exceed 10 MB.

Attention! Upon re-sending, the archive must contain a complete list of documents!

• Используйте кодировку UFT-8.
• Не используйте русский алфавит в названиях файлов.
• Аннотация на русском языке должна быть отдельным файлом. Она должна включать название, авторов и их аффилиацию, ключевые слова.
• Не забудьте на первой странице слова “CONFERENCE SECTION” заменить на название соответствующей секции без номера.
• В статье необходимо указать PACS номер. Его следует разместить перед Keywords. Если PACS номер для вашей темы отсутствует, то внесите “PACS: N/A” (Not applicable).
• Литература, рисунки, таблицы должны нумероваться в порядке их появления в тексте.
• Не используйте сложные ссылки на литературу: \bibitem{1}, а не \bibitem{xxx:yyy})
• В списке литературы инициалы авторов должны идти перед фамилией. Год издания следует после страниц: “том, стр1-стр2 (год)”
• Заголовки таблиц должны предшествовать самой таблице.
• Нумероваться должны только те формулы, на которые есть ссылки из текста.
• На все таблицы или рисунки должны быть ссылки из текста. Если ссылка отсутствует, то такие таблицы и рисунки следует исключить.
• Не используйте BibTeX. Вся литература должна быть непосредственно в тексте статьи.
• Избегайте использования дополнительных стилевых файлов. При необходимости их использования стилевой файл должен быть включен в архив.
• Обязательно наличие скана подписанного COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT (англ.).

• Можно ли менять список авторов?
  Вы можете менять список авторов. Единственное условие - первый автор должен быть тот, кто представлял доклад на конференции.
• Соглашение о передаче авторских прав
  Достаточно подписи одного автора, от имени которого подается статья.
• Использование BibTeX.
  Не использовуйте BibTeX. Литература должна быть непосредственно в статье.
• Может ли название подаваемой статьи отличаться от названия доклада, который указан в прогамме конференции?
  Допускается только стилистическая коррекция названия, не меняющая тему доклада.
• Архив со статьей не отсылается по почте (file too large for mail attachment)
  Скорее всего использовались слишком большие изображения. Просьба использовать изображения в формате PNG или JPEG разрешением не более чем 1000*1000 пикселей.
• Максимальный размер отправляемого архива
  Максимальный размер отправляемого архива 20МБ.
