Dear Colleague, Thank you for your consent to participate in the XIV International Workshop on High Energy Physics and Quantum Field Theory. It will be held from May 27 till June 2, 1999 in Moscow in the Central Tourist House. Please, inform us immediately, if there are any problems. We strongly recommend you to inform the Organizing Committee about the date and time of your arrival and the flight number. In this case we will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. We also kindly ask you to inform us about your departure date, so that we are able to make the necessary hotel reservations. We do hope that this information will be sufficient for you. However, in the case of emergency you can use the travel information presented below. We are planning to organize an extra social program for the accompanying persons. Those who are interested in it are kindly asked to inform us about it and to let us know, what they would like to see. We are looking forward to see you at the Workshop.
